THE ENTERPRISES OF THE AGRICULTURAL CLUSTER OF VOLOGDA REGION HAVE FULFILLED MORE THAN HALF OF THE EXPORT PLAN

The Vologda region's APC companies exported more than $18 million in the first five months of 2021, representing 53% of the target and 171.4% for the same period of 2020.

The largest share in the export structure of products were confectionery (4.9 million dollars), in second place - children's food (3.6 million dollars), in third place - flour of fine and coarse grinding and pellets of fish or crustaceans (3.5 million dollars).

Products from Vologda are exported to 38 countries far and near abroad. Leaders in the supply of agricultural products are China, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan and Belarus.

Geography of the supply of products and the line of exported products of Vologda region is constantly expanding, which will positively affect the achievement of the goals within the framework of the national project "International Cooperation and Export," according to the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation.
