IN VOLOGDA, REGIONAL TEAMS ARE TRAINED IN PRODUCTIVITY-ENHANCING TOOLS

Specialists from the regional executive and local governments will be trained within three days as part of the federal project "Address support for productivity gains in enterprises" of the national productivity project."
The training is part of the achievement of the "Number of representatives of regional teams who have been trained in productivity-enhancing tools," which is increasing.
The training is provided by the ELN coach of the Federal Center for Competence in Productivity, which is shared with the regional team in the tools of a lean approach to office operations.
The purpose of training is to improve the planning and administration processes, management of personnel and resources, organization of support functions, organization of processes in the executive branch.
The first stream, which began on June 8 this year, trains specialists of the Department of Economic Development of the region, the Department of Forest Complex of the region, the Department of Agriculture and Food Resources, the Department of Education, specialists of the Mayor's Office of Cherepovets and Vologda, the administrations of Sokolsky, Chagodoznskiy, and Belozer districts.
"The Federal Competence Center has developed a training program, according to which within three days we will study such lean production tools as: process mapping, 5C system, implementation of improvement processes, change management. The knowledge gained is important in terms of developing the competences of executive and executive branch managers in the practical application of process improvement tools. Such training will take place annually. By 2024, the region plans to train 105 specialists of the regional executive authorities and local governments." - Evgeny Klimanov, head of the Department of Economic Development of the region, told the first stream of students.
