The investment Agency ANO "Moy Business" (hereinafter referred as the Investment Agency) is a united platform for implementation of investment projects in the Region, aimed at creating a "green corridor" for investors/project initiators. The Investment Agency supports investment projects with various amounts of investments (ranging from informational support to implementation assistance).
The Investment Agency carries out the following activities:
1. Assistance in investment projects implementation using "one-stop shop" mode:
selection and arranging inspections of investment sites for the project;
analyzing accessibility to engineering infrastructure of the investment site, assisting in connecting to the engineering networks;
assistance in solving various issues related to changing the type of permitted use of the land plot, obtaining a construction permit, establishing sanitary protection zones, etc.;
assistance in the selection of employees to develop business plans, design specifications and estimates, perform engineering surveys;
developing of the concept and presentation of the project;
developing of the road map for investment project implementation;
assistance in preparing a package of documents for a large scale, high priority investment project, as well as for public, cultural or municipal facilities;
organisation of work meetings to solve/eliminate issues that hinder investment project implementation, invitingrepresentatives from the required relevant Departments, local federal authorities and federal state institutions (Migration issues Administration of the Administration of Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, Administration of Federal Service for Supervision of Consumer Protection and Welfare. etc.);
arranging visits of potential investors in the Region (preparation of agenda, meeting arrangement, etc.).

3. Submitting investment offers to investors.
4. Supporting the investment website of Vologda Region.
5. Organisation and holding of "Investor of the Region" competition and Investment discussion clubs.
